JVCA are a firm based in Milton Keynes.

Jonathan Vowles and Coral Tolley-Fletcher talk about the benefits (hoped for and unexpected) of working with Advance Track outsourcing.

In this candid discussion they share openly with Paul Shrimpling about the initial reason they looked to outsourcing to resolve a very pressing work load issue that led to them seeing AdvanceTrack outsourcing as an integral part of their business model and plans for the future.

Coral share's how freeing up their client management team from the routine compliance work they have been able to spend more high value time with their clients which is both more interesting for their team and of even greater value to their clients.

Jonathan describes how working with AdvanceTrack and the need to focus in on specific parts of the workflow has hilighted uncharged work that was being done within the firm just to get the accounts to a point where they could be processed. It's led to increased fees and a more profitable and transparent workflow.

Paul summarises the discussion with" I think without any shadow of a doubt, it's the quality of the relationship between your team and your client that's really benefitted, and if you can free the client managers time up by using outsourcing well you'll be able to drive high quality relationships secure client loyalty as well as then sponsor row positive word of mouth for the firm."

Have you ever wondered seriously about the value your client's experience of working with your accountancy firm?
You know, the payoff they get from working with you, working with your team and getting the services that you deliver to your clients?
On this Humanise The Numbers podcast interview I’m talking to Coral Tolley-Fletcher and Jonathan Vowles of JVCA - based in Cranfield, Milton Keynes - and I have a sneaking suspicion I ambushed Coral and Jonathan a little around their views of the value that they and their firm deliver to their clients.
And we have, what I believe, is a valuable conversation about the two types of value, the two aspects of value or payoff as I like to call it.
One being the functional, factual, financial payoff that your client's experience in working with your firm and the other being the emotional payoff, you know, that sense of reassurance, certainty and confidence that 'everything's all right in the world' that clients get from working with you, their accountant.
