She believes face-to-face meetings enable you to ask clients questions about their goals and aspirations – what they want to achieve and what is driving them. She shares how, over the last 18 months, they have been working with some team members to help them become more comfortable in a client-facing role. These members of the team have gone through a training programme focusing on mindset and behaviours. This training has encouraged them to be more confident in having face-to-face client conversations and has equipped them with the necessary tools to have these conversations, including being okay with not knowing the answer or getting things wrong at times.
