Charlotte could see straight away how valuable VFD Pro would be to her clients and practice and had a massive sense of 'FOMO' (Fear of Missing Out) when she was not using it. VFD Pro has changed how she looks at figures in general but also it has changed how she looks at the value added services figures too.
Charlotte was part of a cohort on the VFD Pro 12 week training programme - which introduced the software but Charlotte also talks about the value of the coaching aspect of the training.
